We’re really excited to announce the launch of our brand new ‘Salon Concierge’ service here in our Cheltenham hair salon; a completely bespoke service offering a new level of luxury to all of our lovely clients, allowing us to tend to your every need whilst you’re here with us, completely free of charge.

We wanted to launch a service that would offer our clients an unrivalled level of care, and so we thought we would launch a new ‘concierge’ option whereby our expert team of assistants takes care of a range of chores for you. From adding money to the parking metre to ensure you don’t overrun your allotted time, to heading to your favourite eatery to pick up a delicious lunch for you to enjoy as your colour develops, our new service aims to do all it can to ensure your time with us is as relaxing and care-free as possible.

Highlights of services offered as part of our new ‘Salon Concierge’ include:

  • Pick up your dry-cleaning
  • Put additional money on your car parking / purchase a parking ticket
  • Pick up and hand-deliver your lunch
  • Make restaurant reservations for you
  • Pick up necessary store purchases for you
  • Pick up smoothies/juices for you to enjoy in the salon
  • Make hotel reservations for you
  • Arrange for in-salon makeup consultations
  • Make appointments for you
  • Arrange for in-salon personal style consultations

Our Salon Concierge service is available to all clients of the Clarence Street salon during their hair or beauty appointments, at no extra charge. The cost of any items purchased as part of the service must be covered by the client, with the team able to visit stores/establishments within a ½ mile radius of the salon for you.
