Congratulations to our Stylist Bunty who has been chosen out of hundreds of entrants to join the L’Oreal Professionnel ID Artist Team!

Becoming a L’Oréal Professionnel ID artist is a rite of passage for great hairdressers, as it signifies skill, drive and great potential.
It is an internationally recognised 2 year talent development program with exclusive training from L’Oréal Professionnel ambassadors, award-winning hairdressers and industry icons
The main focus on the ID programme includes:
Development in colouring, presenting and demonstrating to others.
Training in leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Exposure to the latest colour trends and fashion.
Opportunity to network and collaborate with like-minded individuals.
Involvement in colour related photographic projects.
So, what does it take to be one of the bright young hairdressers chosen to become a L’Oréal Professionnel ID Artist?
Well, it’s a combination of raw talent, a passion for fast-tracking your career and a hunger to learn.
Hairdressers undertaking the programme gain around 14 days of training and inspiration over two years, all delivered by hairdressers at the top of their game and experts who know the industry inside out. It’s an opportunity to develop cutting, colour and session styling techniques along with product previews, presentations and incredible insight into hairdressing success.
Bunty auditioned for her place in front of an X-Factor style judging panel on Tuesday.
Bunty had to present a model representing an upcoming trend showing her inspiration and ideas behind the look. Describing in detail the colouring and styling techniques used.
The judges were impressed with her knowledge and professionalism and all voted a ‘YES’
Bunty will be bringing exciting new trends back to the salon and will be sharing her experience with the team. This will be an amazing opportunity for Bunty and will be the start of an amazing journey which we are all excited to support her with! Special thanks to her model Suki
