Ashleigh joined the team in 2019 as an apprentice and has completed her level 2 hairdressing training and is now working on the final stages of her training.

She was selected to join the clubstar art team in 2024- the biggest opportunity for those aged 25 and under within the hairdressing industry.

The clubstar art team is a fantastic mentoring opportunity that sees a team of carefully selected individuals aged 25 and under, they receive 12 months of fantastic opportunities, designed to help embrace and develop each individuals artistic talent whilst engaging outside of the normal salon environment.

Being a part of the clubstar art team includes mentoring days with iconic and experienced names throughout the wider hairdressing industry, a mix of practical and theory sessions with a project leader to develop the young stylists skills and knowledge.
