A Journey From Junior To Award Winning Hairdresser!

Natalie Ursell has been part of the Laura Leigh Team for 5 years and has continued to grow into a Senior stylist and Colour Technician becoming one of our most popular and busiest Stylists. Natalie started her training at Laura Leigh Hair & Beauty at the age of 16. After completing some fantastic training, including L’Oreal expert courses, advanced colour training and of course the continuous advanced training that the talented Laura Leigh team provide in the salon. Natalie has worked her way up to the position of Senior Stylist and Senior Colour Technician. Natalie is now a Technical Trainer in the salon and has been requested to work back stage at London Fashion Week.

This year Natalie entered the L’Oreal Colour Trophy for the first time and we are incredibly proud to announce that Natalie reached the grand final and was Awarded ‘Best In The Region’ with her Men’s Image model.

L’Oréal Colour Trophy, the most prestigious live hairdressing competition, highlighting  some of the brightest hairdressing talents across the country. The L’Oréal Colour Trophy has evolved from its origin 64 years ago, growing from only 300 attendees in 1954 to now welcoming thousands of the industry’s greatest talents. L’Oréal Colour Trophy continues to inspire around the world, giving hairdressers the chance to share their passion and talent!
